With over 30 years experience in the health and wellbeing industry, I believe the key to a successful life depends on four elements - passion, professionalism, productivity, and positivity and I approach everyday with these in mind.
I am passionate about connecting with people and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
That's partly why I thrived in my role as Business Manager at YourGP - a leading private holistic medical practice, with whom I worked for more than 16 years - as I was able to make these connections everyday.
