In 2003, during a challenging period and through circumstances I still see as guided, I was introduced to Reiki. That moment opened the door to a journey of healing, learning, and heartfelt purpose. Reiki transformed me in ways I couldn’t have imagined, and I’ve been honoured to witness its transformative power in so many others as well.

In 2007, under the guidance of my Reiki Master, Zoe Alexander, I was attuned to the Reiki Master Teacher level. I started teaching immediately and continue to do so with gratitude. Sharing this gift with students — and learning from them in return — has been a blessing.

Along the way, I also came across the teachings of Sydney Banks, The Three Principles, and A Course in Miracles, which have profoundly deepened my passion for Reiki. More importantly, they have allowed me to connect more fully with myself and to share that understanding with the people I treat and teach.

I have been a dedicated student of A Course in Miracles since 2019, and its teachings have brought yet another transformative shift in my life.

In short, for me, life is not about reaching a destination but embracing the journey, with every step guiding us inward to greater self-understanding and connection to all that is.
