What are the Three Principles?
The Three Principles—Mind, Consciousness, and Thought—help explain how we experience life. First shared by Sydney Banks, they show how our perceptions and interpretations shape our reality. Mind is the universal intelligence behind life, Consciousness is our awareness, and Thought is what creates our feelings and experiences.
By understanding these principles, we can gain insight into our mental wellbeing and reconnect with our natural clarity, resilience, and peace of mind. The Three Principles offer a gentle way to move beyond struggle, discover fresh perspectives, and find hope—especially for those experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, mental health challenges, or repeated unhealthy patterns.
What does a Three Principles session look like?
A Three Principles session offers a safe, supportive space where you are listened to without judgement or opinion. It allows you to slow down and reconnect with your own inner guidance—the place where your answers already exist.
We all have inner wisdom, but we rarely pause to listen to it. When we realise that we are the thinker behind our thoughts, life feels lighter and our sense of choice becomes clearer.
